We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing, documenting, and optimizing business processes while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. This position is based in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze business requirements to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to capture system and process needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business objectives.
• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to drive project success.
• Identify and resolve system-related issues to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
• Provide clear and concise documentation to support system changes and process enhancements.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless communication.
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business systems.• Proven experience in business analysis and systems optimization.
• Strong knowledge of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and their development.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct gap analyses.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
