We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Miami, Florida. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing Workday Financials, managing data integrity within financial systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail and a solid background in Workday and business analysis.

Responsibilities:
• Configure, troubleshoot, and enhance Workday Financials, including managing biannual release updates.
• Oversee change requests within Workday using the ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Collaborate with IT Application Support to implement system modifications and improvements.
• Work closely with the Workday team and end-users to identify process needs, implement changes, and share best practices.
• Perform ad hoc tasks in Workday as directed by the Workday Product Owner.
• Participate in ledger-related projects, contributing to design, configuration, and testing activities.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within financial data marts.
• Partner with end-users and IT teams to develop solutions for database and system processes.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to diagnose issues and recommend resolutions.
• Comply with federal and state regulations, including anti-money laundering laws, and adhere to organizational policies.• Proven experience in business systems analysis, including creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Strong knowledge of Workday Financials and Workday integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and ability to work in iterative development environments.
• Expertise in Workday HRIS and Workday HCM systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within financial systems.
• Skilled in data analysis and process optimization.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of federal regulations, including anti-money laundering laws, is a plus.
