Robert Half is hiring: Business Systems Analyst (Anaplan) in Boston

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in financial modeling and analytics to join our team in Massachusetts. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Anaplan to develop and maintain predictive financial models that drive strategic decision-making. This is a fully remote position. Preference for candidates within EST.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement complex financial models using Anaplan to support forecasting and strategic planning.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business requirements for financial systems.

• Optimize existing Anaplan modules to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.

• Provide insights through data analysis to support key business decisions.

• Translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with analytics tools.

• Conduct regular reviews of financial models to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Train and support team members on Anaplan functionalities and best practices.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.

• Evaluate and recommend enhancements to financial systems based on evolving business needs.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business systems analysis or related roles.
• Proven expertise in Anaplan, including building and maintaining financial models.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Solid understanding of financial planning and forecasting processes.
• Experience working with analytics software to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders across various departments.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with three days on-site in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality technical solutions.
