Job Title: Business Analyst Salesforce

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Salesforce CRM expertise and domain knowledge in Financial Services (FS). You will play a key role in gathering requirements, supporting system integration, and driving process improvements for CRM-related functions, with a focus on Salesforce and data mapping. Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document requirements for Salesforce CRM functions, including system integration and data mapping.
- Write business requirements and user stories to support development and implementation.
- Collaborate with business sponsors and product owners to prioritize functionality and communicate priorities to development teams.
- Act as the first line of support for enhancement requests, translating business needs into technical requirements or new capabilities.
- Coordinate with analysts and project managers/scrum masters to manage changes impacting cross-system processes and integrations.
- Provide process support to simplify and standardize business processes.
- Facilitate and participate in Agile ceremonies and project management practices.
- Proven experience gathering requirements for Salesforce CRM (Salesforce required), including system integration and data mapping
- Domain knowledge in Financial Services (FS) is a must; Private Equity experience is a plus.
- Strong experience writing business requirements and user stories.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to conduct process analysis and support business process standardization.
- Familiarity with Agile project management practices, ceremonies, and conventions
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and coordinating changes across systems.
