Act as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions, gathering requirements,

analyzing processes. Tracking projects and creating status reports to track risks and dependency and

provide mitigation plans

Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and

translate them into functional specifications.

Identify process improvement opportunities and provide recommendations for optimizing business operations.

Conduct data analysis to support business decision-making.

Work closely with product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and

implemented correctly.

Create detailed project plans and status reports.

Assist in project planning, testing, and implementation phases.

Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business needs.

Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations.

Monitor project progress and report risks, issues, and dependencies.
