$45.00/hr - $50.00/hr
Summary
We are looking for a Compensation Analyst to join our Global Compensation team who will be responsible for supporting the execution of manual spiff programs and associated end-to-end operational processes after the launch program to pay out. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to analyze complex data to ensure accuracy and alignment with business rules and program guidelines. This role is an outstanding opportunity to partner cross-functionally with our Design and Strategy, Comp Operations, Reporting and Analytics and Accounting teams. This role is critical to ensuring accurate compliance and payout of manual spiff programs.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex data to ensure accuracy and alignment with business rules and program guidelines
- Support the execution of processes/programs, including setup, tracking, validation, and payout processing
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment on quarter ends
- Prepare and maintain quarterly templates, trackers, and documentation for ongoing program submissions, approvals, and reporting
- Provide accurate snapshots and summary reports for SPIFFs and commissions as needed for audits, finance reviews, and business insights
- Investigate discrepancies and recommend or apply systematic corrections to compensation and incentive payouts
- Handle compensation-related inquiries and act as a point of contact for SPIFF/contest programs queries from stakeholders
- Contribute to cross-functional projects focused on enablement, compensation optimization, systems integration, and process improvements
- Maintain clear and audit-ready documentation for all compensation and SPIFF-related policies and workflows
- Manage and prioritize multiple workstreams while meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Skills Required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting)
- Strong analytical skills with large datasets and acute attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and ability to prioritize independently
- Comfortable working in dynamic, high-pressure environments
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build trust with key stakeholders (Finance, Accounting, Operations)
- Responsive to tight deadlines and ability to prioritize appropriately
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills
- Prior experience working with SPIFF/contest program support
- SQL skills
- Familiarity with platforms like Xactly, SPIFF, or other compensation tools
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and working knowledge of SOX compliance requirements
- Experience working with distribution teams or in SaaS/technology environments
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting or related field
- 2+ years relevant work experience

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is the range above. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
