Senior Technical Recruiter in Dallas, TX at Concero l Alumni at The University of Alabama

Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements for new and existing systems.
• Support the replacement of the in-house subcontractor prequalification application, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption.
• Provide Tier 2 application support, resolving escalated issues and coordinating with technical teams as needed.
• Administer and maintain assigned business applications, ensuring data integrity and system reliability.
• Assist in project planning, task tracking, and milestone delivery for assigned initiatives.
• Collaborate with the product owner and project teams to align solutions with business objectives.
• Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and support procedures.
• Contribute to user training and adoption strategies for new or updated tools.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, application support, and/or project coordination.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications, including troubleshooting and Tier 2 support.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with risk management or quality-focused systems is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
