Day to Day:

A top IT consulting firm is looking for a Business Analyst to support a local government agency based in Tallahassee, Florida. The primary responsibilities for the BA is to serve as the main line of communication for the IT project team. The BA will gather and analyze information and specifications, engage with stakeholders, conduct workshops, surveys & interviews, prepare use cases, process flow diagrams and system mockups. Lastly, they will be evaluating current business processes and recommending improvements or optimizations.
