What We Do / Project

We are a growing Enterprise Architecture function focused on taking a horizontal view across the enterprise technology landscape. Our mission is to understand and rationalize an application portfolio of more than 6,000 applications using ServiceNow APM and LeanIX.

Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role

  • Discover, document, and consolidate existing enterprise-scale business process artifacts (e.g., content lifecycle, P2P).
  • Map processes to organizational units, technologies, and regions in LeanIX to support restructuring decisions.
  • Maintain and steward process artifacts throughout the restructuring period, ensuring continuity until hand-off to a new BPM practice in 2026.
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to validate process, technology, and organization views.

Must-Have Skills / Requirements

Process Model Management

  • 5+ years of experience curating a portfolio of process models, including discovery, collation, and promotion activities.

Cross-Domain Mapping

  • 5+ years of experience mapping processes to business and technical contexts such as business capabilities and applications.

Stakeholder Facilitation

  • 5+ years of experience collaborating with both senior business leaders and technical stakeholders, with a strong focus on alignment, listening, and understanding needs.

Nice-to-Have Skills / Preferred Requirements

  • Experience working with a modern, business outcome–driven enterprise architecture team.

Soft Skills

  • Strong process modeling capabilities
  • Ability to connect business and technical domains
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and facilitation
  • Experience or exposure with ServiceNow APM/SPM/CMDB
  • Experience or exposure with SAP LeanIX
  • Familiarity with Collibra or Apptio

Interview Process

  • First-round screening with the hiring manager
  • Panel interview with Enterprise Architecture Leads

Additional Notes

  • Hybrid role – 3 days on-site
  • Preferred locations: Atlanta or Washington, DC
