We’re looking for a Business Analyst to support our team in Addison, TX. Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business partners to elicit requirements, document process flows, identify risks and mitigation strategies, and collaborate with System Engineers/Developers to create functional requirement documents and define technical strategies.
- Gather and catalog functional, non-functional, and technical requirements of stakeholder requests.
- Provide subject matter expertise within the business/technical domain to support scope and requirement decisions.
- Assist users and development teams in application testing and troubleshooting, including test planning and configuring test solutions to validate functional and system needs.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to end users as needed.
- Create, maintain, and present training materials for end-users.
Role-Based Competencies
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to facilitate discussions.
- Strong documentation skills, experience with creating business process flows, use case diagrams, and functional requirements.
- Ability to analyze existing capabilities, identify gaps, and recommend opportunities.
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
- Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient in designing, developing, and executing test cases; knowledge of test automation and tools.
- Experience in Cybersecurity is a plus.
- Technical skills are a plus.
