Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technical environment.
- Strong understanding of system integration, APIs, databases, and basic programming concepts.
- Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to ensure alignment of solutions with business goals.
- Work with QA teams to define test cases and ensure quality delivery through user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and risk assessments for proposed changes and enhancements.
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
