Responsibilities

• Knowledge and experience with Azure; this is a key requirement
• Working understanding of healthcare
• Understanding the importance of Provider NPI
• Define the connectivity between Member ID, Patient ID and Payer CCN (Claim Control Number)
• Understanding how payments and adjustments are made in Encounters, especially the 837 Healthcare Claim
• Overall understanding of the flow of claims from Provider to Payer; adjudication; and from Payer to CMS for Encounters
• Working knowledge of how to build User Stories
• Experience with Agile / Scrum
• Experience with QA/testing software (e.g., QTest)
• Understanding of how Medicare Advantage works, especially for a BA
• Ability to work with offshore teams
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical personnel
