Minimum 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry

1. SaaS vendors; relationship with internal business groups
2. Tools and Technology awareness: ServiceNow, ALM VERA, Document Management system, MS Project, MS Visio and standard MS Office products.
