Overview
Are you passionate about turning complex business needs into seamless Salesforce solutions? We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team and become the key link between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Gather and translate business requirements into clear user stories & acceptance criteria.
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and ensure delivery predictability.
- Support UAT, production deployments, and be the first line of defense for issue resolution.
- Build reports, dashboards, workflows, and contribute to platform enhancements.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of business analysis experience with Salesforce exposure.
- Expertise in JIRA, Confluence, Agile practices.
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce architecture, workflows, and reporting.
- UAT coordination and production support experience.
- Salesforce certifications are preferred.
- Scrum Master/Product Owner certifications are preferred.
- MuleSoft knowledge for integrations is preferred.
- Availability to commute on-site within the Palm Beach County area.
