Job Description

Required Skills:

  1. Extensive knowledge of Wireless and Fixed/Cable industry components and capabilities, including BSS, Offer Management, Billing/Rating, Fulfillment, Financial, Ordering, Numbering, Self-serve, Customer Acquisition, Fraud, Credit, Training, Sales Operations, and others.
  2. Experience with Care Agent/Retail CRM tools, with a strong understanding of account management and order entry functionalities.
  3. Ability to identify and resolve highly technical issues thoroughly.
  4. Knowledge of middleware communications.
  5. Extensive knowledge of BSS/OSS systems.
  6. Understanding of business initiatives to deliver solutions, oversee, and recommend system and process implementations aligned with business objectives.
  7. Stay informed of industry standards and technologies relevant to the business units; serve as the IT systems market expert.
  8. Strong requirements management skills: ability to gather, document, and track requirements.
  9. Understanding of system integration processes.
  10. Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently.
  11. Detail-oriented approach.
