Job Description

Analyze and document business requirements, workflows, and processes. Configure and maintain Microsoft Dynamics GP 2018 to meet evolving business needs. Implement and support bolt-on software solutions; collaborate with external vendors to integrate and extract data. Drive process improvements across finance, inventory, and distribution functions. Manage system documentation, including process flows and configuration settings. Provide end-user training and ongoing support for GP and related applications. Assist with system upgrades, testing, and deployment. Support data management and reporting needs; oversee weekly/monthly customizations within GP. Partner with business leaders, sales, and customer service teams to align systems with operational goals. Collaborate with IT and third-party GP consultants to troubleshoot and resolve system issues. Foster a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on continuous improvement and user satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP
• Expertise in business process design and optimization
• Hands on experience with system configuration and third-party integrations
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Experience working with stakeholders and customers
• Experience working collaborating across teams/departments

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of financial, inventory, and distribution modules in GP.
• Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, SSRS, SmartList Builder, Management Reporter).
• Familiarity with EDI, e-commerce integrations, and other bolt-on applications

Experience & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
