Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Day to Day: This specialty insurance company is looking for a Business Analyst to join the team. They will work closely with delivery leads and stakeholders across Finance, HRIS, Treasury, and AP to support system integrations and corporate financial applications. Their day will involve gathering and documenting requirements, participating in meetings, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure smooth data flow between systems like Workday and Kyriba. They’ll use tools like JIRA to manage testing and track progress, while also preparing documentation for SOX compliance and internal controls. The BA will present updates during change board meetings, troubleshoot integration issues, and help guide the change submission process. Strong communication, a process-oriented mindset, and the ability to stay calm under pressure are key to success in this fast-paced, lean environment.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• 3–5 years of Business Analyst experience
• Strong understanding of corporate financial systems (HRIS, Finance, Treasury, AP, FP&A)
• Experience supporting system integrations (requirements gathering, process-oriented)
• Understanding of integration templates: mapping, translation, frequency, file types
• Familiarity with JIRA or similar tools for testing and tracking
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Hungry to learn and grow in a fast-paced, lean environment

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Workday and/or Kyriba
• Exposure to SOX, IAM, and internal controls
• Participation in change boards and creating test scenarios
