Compensation Range: $69.00-$76.00/hr \n

\n Responsibilities\n

    \n
  • Analyze current business processes and workflows to find inefficiencies or gaps
    Facilitate process discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather objectives and challenges
    • \n
  • Develop process documentation (flowcharts, SOPs, diagrams)
    • \n
  • Collaborate with IT, operations, and business units to design and implement improvements
    • \n
  • Gather and document business requirements, aligning them with project goals
    • \n
  • Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile)
    Assist with system implementations/enhancements, including testing, training, and change adoption
    • \n
  • Evaluate new processes, track KPIs, and generate reports to measure outcomes
    • \n
  • Support continuous improvement efforts across the organization
    • \n

Must Haves \n
    \n
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field
    • \n
  • 3 years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or business systems analysis
    • \n
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data
    • \n
  • Proficiency in process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi, etc.)
    • \n
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile)
    • \n
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to work across all levels of the organization
    • \n
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • \n

  • Certifications: CBPA, Six Sigma, or similar
    • \n
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or workflow automation tools (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP)

  • Exposure to business architecture or enterprise architecture tools
