Job Description
Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled Intermediate Business Analyst to support mission-critical contracts with our Federal and DoD clients. We are building advanced systems leveraging Java, AWS Cloud, Postgres, Spring, and REACT technologies to solve complex national security challenges. We are also pioneering GenAI application development and test automation, and need innovative engineers ready to deliver secure, scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Job Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will possess several of the following skills:
- Experience with identifying all the processes in an organization and prioritizing them in order of redesign urgency.
- Diagnose and improve business processes and increase efficiency
- Demonstrated ability to use ITIL concepts and best practices to re-engineer existing ITSM processes.
- Expertise in analyzing past trends, monitoring workflow, making predictions, developing business process models, recommending enhancements, and assisting the team in making business process decisions.
- Ability to reduce negative impacts to existing ITSM processes and internal applications by facilitating meetings with division partners and documenting business process requirements for application and process updates.
- Support key stakeholders by evaluating changes in business processes and product offerings that significantly impact the end-to-end process for ITSM.
- Experience with review of government compliance policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. Demonstrated ability to ensure guidelines are met and deployed in a consistent, timely fashion that manages the risk of change, minimizes disruptions to the target environment, and provides a framework to ensure changes are successfully implemented.
- Ability to successfully manage relationships between various divisions, vendors, and resources to meet business process and change management fully needs to include training, ad hoc reporting, defining policies, methods, and procedures.

Requirements and Education / Certifications
- Ability to pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) (required at time of hiring)
- At least one year of experience with Microsoft 365.
- At least three years of leading requirements, discovery and management.
- At least four years of lifecycle documentation.
- At least four years of experience with specific task order technology.
- At least five years of experience in leading the implementation of the ITIL best practices at the operational level, and business process reengineering expertise for incident, problem, change, release, and configuration management.
- ITIL 4 Foundations Certification preferred
- Bachelors Degree and at least five (5) years of related experience, or Masters Degree and at least four (4) years of related engineering experience, or ten (10) years of Analyst experience.
- S. Citizenship (due to contract requirements)
- Skills, including working in cross-functional teams, business processes expertise, analytical thinking, business acumen, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
