Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Business Analyst to support mission-critical contracts with our Federal and DoD clients. We are building advanced systems leveraging Java, AWS Cloud, Postgres, Spring, and REACT technologies to solve complex national security challenges. We are also pioneering GenAI application development and test automation, and need innovative engineers ready to deliver secure, scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.


Job Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will possess several of the following skills: .

  • Applies process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects.
  • Responsible for effective transitioning of existing project teams and the facilitation of project teams in the accomplishment of project activities and objectives.
  • Activity and data modeling, developing modern business methods, identifying best practices, and creating and assessing performance measurements.
  • Provides group facilitation, interviewing, training, and provides additional forms of knowledge transfer.
  • Key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts.
  • Provides daily supervision and direction to business process reengineering process.
  • Experience creating lifecycle documents: Use Cases, Detailed Functional Requirements, Detailed Design Specifications, Business Process Models and Test Cases.
  • Experience leading requirements discovery working sessions with an audience of customer and systems Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and translating the results of requirements discovery sessions into Requirements / Design documents and Use Cases.
  • Experience with requirements management.
  • Experience using Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong influence-management, negotiation, leadership, and assertiveness skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Shows respect and sensitivity for cultural differences.

Requirements and Education / Certifications

  • Ability to pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) (required at time of hiring)
  • At least one year of experience with Microsoft 365.
  • At least three years of leading requirements, discovery and management.
  • At least four years of lifecycle documentation.
  • At least four years of experience with specific task order technology.
  • Bachelors Degree and at least four (4) years of related experience, or Masters Degree and at least three (3) years of related engineering experience, or ten (10) years of Analyst experience.
  • S. Citizenship (due to contract requirements)
  • Skills, including working in cross-functional teams, business processes expertise, analytical thinking, business acumen, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
