Job Description
As a Business Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business scenarios that may potentially be solved by implementation of automated systems and/or modifications to support business processes. To provide expertise in the evaluation, development, and deployment of systems, processes, or reporting to support the RSN PMO organization.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborating with business users on scope, solutions, constraints, and risks.
Being accountable for documentation, which may include, but is not limited to:
User Requirements
Functional and/or technical specifications
Process flow diagrams
Training documentation and/or work instructions
Computer System Validation documents
Developing technical documentation and SOPs
Managing communications with cross-functional teams
Facilitate and/or support customers in UAT planning and execution.
Demonstrates proficiency in Google Suite, Tableau, Alteryz, Smartsheets, SAP, SQL
Demonstrates ability to explain complex concepts with clarity and simplicity.
Demonstrates ability to perform detail-oriented work with a high degree of accuracy.
Demonstrates strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Who You Are
Minimum Requirements
2-5 years experience as an business analyst or similar role with a demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environment in various phases of project design, launch, and implementation
Experience and understanding of development methodology - functional requirements, process modeling and re-engineering, use case development, user acceptance testing, organizational change management, and large-scale system implementations.
Knowledge of quality control, quality assurance, documentation, and validation as they relate to the development and support of business systems and applications.
Prior experience developing technical documentation
Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, highly ambiguous, and evolving environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to quickly produce clearly written, well-organized documentation; excellent presentation and meeting facilitation skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn the business in unfamiliar areas and to work with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
Pay ranges between $60-65/hr based on experience
