Business Operations Analyst

We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst to support the mid-level operational and administrative needs of a federal agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for internal process support, stakeholder communication, and office management in a secure environment.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate office operations, schedule meetings, and track actions and deadlines.
• Support investigative and program management tasks.
• Assist with quarterly metrics, reporting, and budget preparation.
• Serve as a liaison between leadership, staff, and external agencies.
• Maintain organizational tools such as SharePoint, distribution lists, and task trackers.
• Provide internal communication and documentation support.
• Coordinate facility needs, training events, and property management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Skills:
• Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge of federal administrative processes and task management
• Clearance: Active Secret clearance required at time of application.
• Education: Bachelor's degree required. In lieu of a degree, 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted.

Hours of Operation:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Eastern Time
• No remote work authorized; ad hoc telework permitted with prior approval.
