Business Operations Analyst Location: Hanover, MD or Quantico, VA Job Type: Full-Time We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst to support the mid-level operational and administrative needs of a federal agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for internal process support, stakeholder communication, and office management in a secure environment. Coordinate office operations, schedule meetings, and track actions and deadlines. • Serve as a liaison between leadership, staff, and external agencies. • Maintain organizational tools such as SharePoint, distribution lists, and task trackers. • Coordinate facility needs, training events, and property management. o Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities o Proficiency with Microsoft Office products o Knowledge of federal administrative processes and task management Clearance • Active Secret clearance required at time of application. Bachelor's degree required • Hours of Operation • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time • No remote work authorized; ad hoc telework permitted with prior approval.
