Description
As a Senior Business Analyst on DMC's Digital Workplace Solutions team, you'll help clients streamline operations with Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint. This consulting-focused role blends business analysis, project management, low-code development, and pre-sales work to design and deliver tailored solutions.

Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to provide updates and scope new business opportunities
- Analyze business operations, identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Create system specs, workflow diagrams, and user requirements
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and implementation
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business, Computer Science, or related field (GPA 3.4+)
- Strong consulting, client relationship, and technical communication skills
- Experience with SharePoint, Power Platform (BI, Automate, Apps), and/or custom software, including low-code development (configuring and customizing platforms)
- Pre-sales experience (answering sales calls, managing/documenting leads)
- Self-motivated and independently drives projects
- Keeps business goals in mind when designing technical solutions
