Leading Financial Services Firm in Manhattan, New York!Long term contract with competitive rate and opportunity for conversion!About Our ClientA Wealth Management Firm known for its extensive range of financial products and services, including asset management, risk management, and advisory services.Job DescriptionProvide daily support for regulatory reporting (including TRACE), as well as booking and back-office functions such as collateral management, cash management, settlement, clearing, reporting, and accounting.Collaborate with business users (traders, operations, compliance, etc.) to gather and document requirements, conduct gap and impact analyses, and evaluate IT solutions to align with business needs.Develop functional specifications, define and execute test scripts, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful solution delivery.Support project scoping and planning, progress tracking, and issue/risk management, while maintaining clear communication across stakeholders. The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Computer Science or Finance, with experience as an IT Business Analyst in financial services, focused on Operations and Regulatory topics, including collateral and cash management and TRACE reporting.Solid understanding of equity and fixed income products and trade workflows, including structured products, equity options, securities lending, TRS, repo, interest rate derivatives, and credit instruments like CLOs and bonds.Familiarity with systems such as Calypso (or equivalent), Phase 3/Shadow Suite, Sophis, Smart Loan, and Loanet; knowledge of SQL is a plus.Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work across Operations, Front Office, and Compliance teams; able to prioritize in fast-paced environments and work within Agile frameworks.THIS ROLE REQUIRES 3 DAYS ONSITE IN NYC, NY!What's on OfferThis position offers great pay and benefits!Apply today using the link and your resume will be reviewed within 24 hours!ContactLauren AnnettaQuote job refJN-082025-6819528
