Responsibilities

  1. Document requirements, define project scope and objectives, and formulate solutions aligned with business strategies.
  2. Elicit and document business processes and requirements using interviews, document analysis, team meetings, workshops, use cases, and workflow analysis.
  3. Assist with defining, implementing, and enforcing company-wide methodologies and practices.
  4. Evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and translate user requests into effective solutions addressing true business needs.
  5. Communicate and collaborate proactively with internal and external stakeholders to analyze needs and deliver project artifacts such as functional requirements, use cases, UI designs, and test scenarios.
  6. Apply process re-engineering principles to enhance technology-driven changes.
  7. Participate in application testing activities.
  8. Work independently with staff to develop meaningful, executable projects and solutions.
  9. Pursue primary projects under the guidance of senior team members.
  10. Serve as a liaison among attorneys, executives, staff, and technical teams.
  11. Facilitate communication among stakeholders to align business needs with technological capabilities.

Education and Additional Requirements

  1. 4+ years of professional experience in operations or analysis within a financial services, law, or consulting firm.
  2. BS or BA degree or equivalent work experience.
  3. Familiarity with reporting and relational databases (SQL).
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction across organizational levels.
  5. Enthusiastic, positive, and entrepreneurial approach to technical challenges.
  6. Ability to work independently on projects and R&D initiatives.
  7. Willingness to mentor team members and learn proprietary systems.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
  9. Experience with JIRA is preferred.
