Join our team as a Sr. Business Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping IT strategies and aligning them with business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in technology and business processes to drive impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to define system scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with industry requirements.
• Analyze and optimize IT-related business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide support for business units, resolving issues and escalating complex incidents when necessary.
• Translate user requirements into detailed functional specifications and ensure seamless knowledge transfer to support teams.
• Document and communicate system go-live schedules, ensuring compliance with IT and SOX standards.
• Act as a liaison between business units and IT service providers, ensuring clear communication and understanding of technical specifications.
• Guide and mentor junior business analysts, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
  
  
  

Skills

• Extensive experience in IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and analyze large datasets for vulnerabilities.
• Proficiency in tools such as Smartsheet, Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau for performance and trend analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively translate technical needs into business terms.
  
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, VMware, Cisco, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Experience in PCI audit analysis and preparation.
• Ability to construct program flow charts and develop precise processing logic across various platforms.
