$35.00/hr - $48.00/hr

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an IAM Business Analyst for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Banking clients in Auburn Hills, MI (preferred) or Frisco, TX. (Hybrid schedule 2x weekly onsite)

Responsibilities :

• Provide thought leadership to deliver creative and efficient solutions
• Contributes to the development of strategic plans for products and/or initiatives
• Works with resources to develop high level delivery plans based on a set of objectives (scope, delivery and technical approaches, risk, assumptions, staffing plans, other cost, and ongoing operational plans and cost).
• Document business partner relations to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded
• Ensure that the schedule is adhered to

Required Skills :

• 1- 3+ years of experience in IAM Access Provisioning
• 3-4 years' experience as a Business Analyst
• Prior banking
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skill
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to communicate effectively with all technology and business audiences
• Experience in Change Management
• Strong ability to build alliances across the enterprise
