Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Business Analyst to fill an open position with one of our clients. This role serves as a critical link between IT, Operations, and business units, ensuring seamless communication and efficiency in system development and enhancements. The Business Analyst will analyze business needs, document requirements, and oversee system improvements to drive automation and efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects while working closely with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between IT, Operations, and business units to gather and document requirements.
• Lead business requirements definition, system development, testing, implementation, and support.
• Analyze and resolve complex system and process problems in collaboration with technical teams.
• Conduct research and development to improve data security, architecture, and engineering practices.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong ability to run meetings and facilitate discussions with stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey business requirements to technical teams.
• Experience with SQL and data validation for ETL/data testing.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management practices.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple assignments.
• Previous experience in the financial industry or financial crimes knowledge is a plus.
