RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Saint Louis, MO.

Duties include:

• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations
• Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems
• Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues
• Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables
  
  

Additional duties:

• Requirements Analysis
• Gap Analysis in the Requirements
• Conduct Elicitations Meeting with All the Stakeholders Involved
• Internal Mobile Architect/Dev Team Discussion
• Prepare User Stories with Acceptance Criteria
• Review Requirements with Business or Stakeholders
• Review User Stories with QA Team
• Support QA Team with Testing and Defect Triage
• Working with BPMN Process and UML Notations
• Working with Jira and User Stories
• Working with SharePoint and Chalk Sites
• Create and Maintain user stories using JIRA
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-5 years of experience
• Willingness to provide constructive feedback on projects
• Ability to independently research topics using available tools like SharePoint and other document repositories
• Ability to recognize and determine whether the changes impact other systems
• Ability to recognize up/downstream dependencies
• Organizational skills; Coordination of meeting agendas, minutes and action items
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
• Experience creating Process flow diagrams using MS Visio/Lucid
  
  

Nice to have:

• Octane experience
• Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) experience - used to construct process flows to clearly show impacts of the project (as-is and to-be flows)
• Telecom/Mobile experience
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
