• While this role offers hybrid flexibility, candidates must be based in NY, NJ, or CT to join us on-site as needed** Job Summary:A seasoned professional with in-depth expertise and practical experience within a specialized domain. Operates with a high degree of autonomy to achieve strategic objectives, while actively engaging in technical collaboration and team-based problem-solving. Dedicated to enhancing solution integrity and driving results at the subsystem level through thoughtful analysis and execution. Primary Responsibilities
• Convert complex business objectives into clear, structured technical and functional requirements
• Drive IT- and service-focused process enhancements through thoughtful planning and execution
• Design and deploy workflow systems and manage performance-tracking initiatives
• Oversee ongoing workflow optimization through iterative improvement strategies
• Partner with service leaders and process owners to align efforts with business goals
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to support process and system upgrades
  
  

Required Skills & Experience- Solid foundation in business analysis practices and a system-oriented mindset- History of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders- Demonstrated leadership in driving operational improvements and service optimization- Strong written and verbal communication abilities with a focus on clarity and teamwork- Self-starter capable of balancing multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight
