As a Business Analyst, youll play a pivotal role in shaping our business processes, uncovering opportunities for growth, and ensuring operational excellence. This is your chance to make an impact in a culture that values curiosity, creativity, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Analyze operational and financial data to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve key metrics and KPIs.

Business Process Improvement

• Evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for optimization.
• Implement solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
• Monitor the implementation of new processes and refine them as needed.

Strategic Support

• Assist leadership in strategic planning by conducting market research and competitive analysis.
• Prepare business cases for new projects or initiatives, complete with financial and operational impact assessments.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment by clearly communicating insights and recommendations.
• Act as a liaison between the technical team and business stakeholders to ensure system upgrades or new implementations meet business requirements.
• Test and validate new tools or platforms to ensure alignment with operational needs.

Client and Project Management Support

• Provide analytical support for client engagements, ensuring all deliverables are data-driven and impactful.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI).
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Project management experience is a plus (certifications such as PMP or Agile are preferred).
• Understanding of the luxury goods, design, or manufacturing industry is a strong advantage.
