Grapevine Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant in Grapevine, Texas to support our clinical team by delivering high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment.

As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the dental team during treatments, ensuring excellent patient experiences, and upholding our mission to provide outstanding dental care to the community. Candidates must have prior dental assisting experience to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and assist dentists during procedures.
• Welcome and educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Take and develop X-rays, assist with impressions, and maintain study models.
• Ensure infection control, maintain patient confidentiality, and follow safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, including scheduling and intake.
• Assist in managing dental and medical emergencies, maintaining CPR certification, emergency supplies, and contact information.

Qualifications

• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) required
• At least 2 years of on-the-job experience with supporting documentation
• X-Ray certification required
• Nitrous Oxide certification highly recommended
• High school diploma or equivalent

Dental Assistants must also maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, CPR, and infection control training as mandated by law.
