Dental Care on Holly Hill is looking for a Dental Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and comfort patients, providing education throughout their treatment.
2. Review patient health history to ensure quality care.
3. Take and process x-rays and diagnostics.
4. Assist dentists during procedures with chairside support.
5. Use Dentrix for scheduling and records.
6. Prepare treatment rooms following safety protocols.
7. Manage supplies and inventory.
8. Collaborate with team to optimize workflow.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Dental assistant and x-ray certification as required by law.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to protect patient information and comply with HIPAA.

Preferred Experience:

• 1+ years in dental setting.
• Experience with Dentrix or similar software.
• Dental assisting certification.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform duties with or without accommodations.
• Prolonged sitting and standing.
• Lift up to 45 pounds.
• Availability for training sessions.
• TB test required prior to employment, except in FL & TN.
