About the Job

This position primarily assists staff at the Boynton Health Dental Clinic, supporting clinical procedures and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance to licensed dental staff and support laboratory procedures.
• Take and develop intraoral and extraoral radiographs.
• Prepare operatories, assist with clinical procedures, and maintain equipment and cleanliness.
• Assist in training dental assistants and ensure compliance with emergency procedures.
• Complete special projects as assigned and promote a safe, respectful environment.

Qualifications

Required: Graduation from an accredited dental assistant course with current certification and registration, Minnesota Dental Assistant License, basic computer skills, and commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Preferred: One year of dental office experience, familiarity with Dentrix software, and experience working with diverse populations.

Pay and Benefits

Hourly pay ranges from $30.39 to $33.79, with full-time hours, comprehensive benefits, and professional development opportunities.
