Dental Assistant – Redwing Dental Care

$22.00–$26.00/hour (based on experience)
Redwing Dental Care is seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team! We value a fast learner with a strong work ethic who can work independently and collaboratively. If you are passionate about helping others and eager to grow, we want to hear from you.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of dental assisting experience preferred; training available for the right candidate
- Experience with Dentrix and iTero software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Schedule:
- Monday & Thursday: 6:45 AM – 4:30 PM
- Tuesday & Wednesday: 7:45 AM – 6:30 PM

Role Responsibilities:
- Greet and support patients throughout their dental experience
- Review patient health history for quality care
- Take and process X-rays and diagnostic assessments
- Assist dentists chairside during procedures
- Use Dentrix for scheduling and records
- Prepare treatment rooms adhering to safety protocols
- Manage supplies and inventory
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow

Minimum Qualifications:
- Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
- Experience in fast-paced, customer-focused settings
- Dental assistant and x-ray certification (if required by state)
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to protect patient information and comply with HIPAA
Preferred Experience:
- Over 1 year of dental experience
- Experience with Dentrix or similar software
- Dental assisting certification
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodations
- Prolonged sitting and standing
- Lift and carry up to 45 pounds
- Availability for periodic training sessions
- TB test required prior to employment (except in FL & TN)
