Join our team as a Dental Assistant and provide quality patient care in collaboration with our Dentist. Your role is essential in promoting overall health and wellness.

Salary begins at $20.05+ per hour, depending on experience.

  1. Receive and prepare patients for treatment.

  2. Take digital dental x-rays to assist in diagnosis.

  3. Chart conditions of decay and disease.

  4. Apply fluoride varnish to prevent oral health issues.

  5. Sterilize and disinfect instruments, set up trays, and assist during procedures.

  6. Make preliminary impressions and fabricate models and trays.

  7. Understand Scope of Practice per Wisconsin Dental Assistant statutes.

  8. Maintain ethics, confidentiality, and comply with OSHA standards.

  9. Follow sterilization policies and understand insurance guidelines.

  10. Communicate effectively with patients.

Qualifications and Education:

One-year certificate from college or technical school, or three months related experience/training, or equivalent.

Non-Certified Role: 3+ months related experience preferred.

Certified Role: DANB certification required; 3+ months experience preferred.

Credentials: Current CPR certification required; certification from an accredited agency within 12 months preferred.

Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
