Qualifications
- CERTIFICATIONS: CDA or RDA required, X-ray certification, coronal polishing, sealant polishing & nitrous certification
- EXPERIENCE: Must have Dental Assistant certification
Employment Details
- JOB TYPE: Full-time/Part-time
- SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday
- PAY: Starting at $22.00 per hour depending on certifications; additional increases for experience
- BONUS PAY: Up to $500 additional per month

Essential Job Functions
- Work chair-side with dentists, perform patient care, and general laboratory duties
- Take and process dental radiographs (x-rays)
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
- Take impressions of the teeth (models), assist with extractions, composite fillings, etc.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene strategies and nutritional counseling
- Review patient medical history and take blood pressure and pulse
- Help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after treatment
- Provide post-treatment oral care instructions
