Overview

Dental Assistant role at Mid America Health,Inc. This part-time position (18 hours per week) is located at the Marion Correctional Facility in Marion, OH. Schedule: Thursdays 6:00 am – 4:30 pm and Fridays 6:00 am – 3:30 pm. Base pay: $19.00/hr. Sign-on bonus: $400. No late nights or weekends required. This role provides an opportunity to work with an underserved population and supports work/life balance.

Responsibilities

• Routine chairside duties including preventive, restorative, extraction, and prosthodontic care.
• Very limited endo with no ortho or crown & bridge required.
• Administrative duties are required, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience and certificate from an accredited dental assisting program preferred
• Current CPR for Healthcare Providers.
• Ohio Radiographer License is required
• This facility is non-smoking per ODRC policies.
