Full-Time Dental Assistant Job Description Mid America Health (MAH) is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our OH team. This is a full-time position working in Marion, OH. This dental assistant position is a 4 day 40 hour per week opportunity, Monday through Thursday, with hours of 6:00 am – 4:30 pm. The position is located at the Chillicothe Correctional Institution in Chillicothe, OH.

This is a rewarding, low-stress alternative to private practice dentistry. Full-Time Dental Assistant Job Duties

• Routine chairside duties include preventive, restorative, extraction, and prosthodontic care with VERY limited endodontics.
• No orthodontics or crown & bridge required.
• Administrative duties are required, and you will be trained in these areas.

Full-Time Dental Assistant Job Qualifications

• 1 year of experience and certificate from an accredited dental assisting program preferred.
• Current CPR for Healthcare Providers and Ohio Radiographer License are REQUIRED.
• This facility is a non-smoking facility, per ODRC policies.
