Compensation Details:

• Hourly Base Pay of $21.00 – $25.00 (based on experience and performance).
• Commission Opportunities: Estimated commissions range from $13-$30 more an hour, depending on the position, available spiffs, kickers, incentives, skill level, and production.
• Overtime pay: 1.5x for hours worked in overtime.

What can you expect from being a Mechanic?

• Work as a team to perform front-end mechanical repairs, including alignments, brakes, steering/suspension, fluid exchanges, and replacing components such as water pumps, alternators, belts, hoses, radiators.

• Have at least 2 years of professional mechanical experience in automotive repair.
• Energetic, ethical, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to examine and identify necessary repairs and communicate effectively with team members.
• Physically able to lift 70 lbs. and endure crouching, bending, and turning.
• Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
