Estimated Total Earnings - $70,000-$114,000 annually

Location: Manchester & La Tijera Blvd

Compensation Details:

• Hourly Base Pay of $21.00 – $25.00 (based on experience and performance).
• Commission Opportunities: Estimated commissions range from $13-$30 more an hour, based on position, available spiffs, kickers, incentives, skill level, and production.
• Overtime pay: 1.5x for hours worked in overtime.
• Average total earnings range from $70,000 - $114,000 per year.

What can you expect from being a Mechanic?

• Work as a team to perform front-end mechanical repairs, including alignments, brakes, steering/suspension, fluid exchanges, and replacing components such as water pumps, alternators, belts, hoses, radiators.

What will make you a great fit for our team as a Mechanic?

• At least 2 years of professional mechanical experience in automotive repair.
• Energetic, ethical, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to examine and identify necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Effective communication with team members to address mechanical issues and make recommendations.
• Physically able to lift 70 lbs. and endure continuous crouching, bending, and turning.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
