Role Overview
As a Maintenance Mechanic in Albany, GA, you will be part of the Maintenance Team in the Packaging Department, ensuring the smooth operation of our brewery to produce quality beer. You will report to maintenance process leaders and collaborate with brewing, warehouse, and packaging teams.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate problems and develop practical solutions.
- Support brewing operations through coaching, developing SOPs, and routine maintenance during scheduled windows.
- Provide technical support for baseline and capital projects.
- Review and improve preventive maintenance routines.
- Ensure repair work supports product quality and line flow.
Qualifications
- Minimum of four years of industrial maintenance experience or completion of an accredited industrial apprenticeship program.
- Experience as an industrial journeyman or in heavy industrial mechanics.
- High school diploma or GED; at least 21 years old.
