Do you have what it takes to be a Medical Call Center Agent:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Strong computer skills that include experience in Windows OS, email, and EHR data entry
• 1-2 years Call Center experience preferred

A day in the life of a HSO Medical Call Center Agent:

• Promptly answer, screen, and process medical service requests and inquiries with confidentiality
• Facilitate patient access and ensure data entry accuracy for scheduling and messaging
• Communicate clearly to provide pre-visit instructions and relay provider information
• Respond professionally to all health service inquiries
