The Service BDC Agent position is for experienced call center agents, particularly those with a background in the automotive industry, to join a respected luxury dealership. This role focuses on building guest relationships, coordinating service appointments, and supporting dealership aftersales operations.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong rapport with guests to secure service appointments and instill confidence in the dealership
  • Utilize CRM software to handle reservations and maintain effective follow-up
  • Make outbound calls to schedule accessories or equipment installation for vehicle purchases
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of products and services
  • Provide a world-class experience to every guest
  • Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts (closed Sundays)
