Job Responsibilities

• Front Desk Excellence: Answer all incoming calls courteously and professionally.
• Warm Welcome: Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
• Data Entry: Accurately input guest information into our customer management system.
• Report Management: Prepare and maintain Excel prospect tracking reports.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• Experience: Prior receptionist or customer relations experience in a retail or hospitality setting.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with strong attention to detail.
• Fast-Paced Adaptability: Maintain a positive attitude while managing high-volume interactions.
• Professional Presence: Pleasant demeanor with a polished professional appearance.
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Excel is required.
• Flexible Schedule: Availability for evening shifts (up to 9 PM), Saturdays, and Sundays.
