Job Description

This role is perfect for candidates who are open to short-term work assignments and enjoy helping customers. As a Call Center Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

  • Make outbound calls as needed for follow-ups, reminders, or customer outreach campaigns.

  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.

  • Meet daily/weekly call volume and quality targets.

  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.

  • Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems quickly.



Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
