What You’ll Be Doing:

• Making outbound calls to warm leads (no cold calling!)

• Setting qualified appointments for our outside sales team

• Communicating the value of our products clearly and confidently

• Meeting and exceeding performance-based goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills – you love talking to people

• A positive, team-oriented attitude

• Drive to succeed and a hunger to grow

• Prior phone/sales experience is great, but not required — we’ll train the right person!

What We Offer:

• $18/hr base pay + three types of bonuses

• Our team averages $22–$35/hr with bonuses

• Top performers earn $35–$50/hr

• Automatic performance review after 30 days

Schedule Options:

• Part-Time: Monday–Friday (minimum 15 hours/week)

• Full-Time hours available for the right candidate
