What You’ll Be Doing:
Making outbound calls to warm leads (no cold calling!)
Setting qualified appointments for our outside sales team
Communicating the value of our products clearly and confidently
Meeting and exceeding performance-based goals
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills – you love talking to people
A positive, team-oriented attitude
Drive to succeed and a hunger to grow
Prior phone/sales experience is great, but not required — we’ll train the right person!
What We Offer:
$18/hr base pay + three types of bonuses
Our team averages $22–$35/hr with bonuses
Top performers earn $35–$50/hr
Automatic performance review after 30 days

Schedule Options:
Part-Time: Monday–Friday (minimum 15 hours/week)
Full-Time hours available for the right candidate
