Full-Time Customer Service Specialist
Location: Chesapeake, VA
notifyMD is hiring Full-Time Customer Service Specialists to join our team in Chesapeake, VA! We provide essential support to our diverse clients, including medical offices and professional services. This is an in-office position.

What You'll Do:
- Professionally handle incoming calls.
- Greet callers with a polite, pleasant tone.
- Accurately gather and relay required information.
- Verify and enter details precisely into our system.
- Provide Tier 1 Tech Support and submit/review tickets.
What We're Looking For:
- A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone.
- Strong English communication (spelling, grammar).
- Computer skills in a Windows environment.
- Reliable attendance.
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Availability to work one weekend day per week.
Compensation & Full-Time Benefits:
- Compensation: $17.50 / Hour

Shifts:
- Full-Time, 40 hours/week, 10-hour shifts
